These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between CP66 and its members. They may be updated from time to time, so it's a good idea to check this page occasionally. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

To open an account on cp66, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. If a false age is provided during registration, your account will be permanently closed.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Incorrect details may cause problems when you attempt to withdraw later.
• Keep your account password to yourself. If you share it with someone else, you are responsible for any activity they carry out.

If unusual activity is detected on an account, CP66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. During this period, the member will be contacted and given the opportunity to explain the situation.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on cp66. They are designed primarily to protect members.

Key Rules: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for your deposit. If you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go through bKash. For a different withdrawal method, please contact support.

CP66 has general terms that apply to all bonuses and promotions. Each individual bonus may also carry its own specific conditions, which are displayed alongside that bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first meet a wagering requirement. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus not used within that period will be automatically cancelled.
• Maximum bet limit: While a bonus is active, you can generally use up to ৳ 500 in bonus funds per bet.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Slots typically count at 100%, while live table games contribute 10–25%.
• Multiple bonuses: If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the oldest one must be used first.

There are standard rules that apply to all bets placed on CP66. These rules are the same for every member.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a cash-out feature is available, you may use that instead.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, cp66 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If there is evidence of match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage, the relevant bets and winnings will be voided.
• Cp66 is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection during live betting.

Cp66 sees responsible gaming not just as a rule, but as a core value. We want every member to enjoy gaming — and for it never to become a burden.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on cp66. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Using hacking tools, bots, or automated software on any game or betting system.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing other members or damaging the reputation of the platform.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus offers (bonus hunting).

Cp66 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• KYC information is found to be false or incomplete.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• The member submits a request to close their own account.

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Any remaining balance will be returned once pending withdrawals are processed and bonus conditions are met. It is advisable to complete all withdrawals before closing your account.

If you have a dispute with cp66, contact the support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• Submit complaints via live chat or email. Include screenshots or supporting evidence where available.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may request that your case be escalated to a manager.
• If you have a dispute about a game result, save the round ID — it will be needed for any investigation.
